Getting into the spirit

Once a week, I happily join a group of local painters called the "plein-air" buds.  The leader tries to choose seasonal themes...so October is cemeteries!!

Elmwood Cemetery is distinctive because of the Charlotte skyline backdrop. I loved painting there.

Dare me to go back at night?  If I hear a chainsaw in the background , I'm outta there.
