jeancauthen: I’m a visual artist in Charlotte NC. My work and passion merges a big pot of interests. Including large canvases whose subject includes nature-based abstracts, dreamscapes inspired by Art History. I also find inspiration in travel and plein air painting. I return to Ireland for a month every year for a good battery recharge. If I weren’t a painter, consumed with amazing projects, I’d love to write more. This blog is where I go for that gearshift and to indulge that urge.
